The OFSC is offering driver training online only this year.

Need for Canadian Firearms Safety course (CFSC): No age restriction. Under 18 must have signed parental consent form – 1 piece of identification, any recognized government identification (Military, Ministry etc.), Employee I.D. Cards with photo (Ontario Hydro, Bell Canada etc.), Passport (any Country), Driver’s Licence
CFSC starts: Friday night Oct 14 – 6:00 PM- 10:30 PM and Saturday Oct 15 – 8:30 AM- 7:00 PM CFSC exams Sat afternoon
HE starts Sunday Oct 16 – 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM HE exam written on Sunday afternoon
Mask(s) are optional to wear in class Check posted covid self-screening questionnaire before class
Bring a pen, and highlighter, (pencil and paper for note taking optional) NEED A PEN TO DO EXAMS Black or blue ink
Students need lunch, snacks & drinks for Sat. & Sun. (remember long days if doing exams Sat & Sun after class)
Place: Sylvan Valley Hall is located at 9288 Hwy 638.
Exams: – Can be given orally if requested.
CFSC Exam Saturday. The exam is in 2 parts – written (3 Hr. max) & individual practical. (1 hour limit) Need 40/50 or 80% to pass on each exam. HE Exam Sunday afternoon.
HE exam written only (2 Hrs. max) Must answer 40/50 questions correctly or 80% to pass. Exams & re-exams can be arranged later in week if needed. Re-exam costs CFSC $ 50.00 HE $30.00
