Echo Bay United Church, Echo Bay and Area Food Bank

Our Food Bank is open to the public on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of every month.

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.   

It will also be open on the second Wednesday of the month.

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Echo Bay United Church located at 220 Church Street.

For those wishing to donate, we are still accepting donations at The Township Office and all area Churches.

Good Food Box

This program is halted due to the COVID Pandemic.

Reminder that the Good Food Box order is once a month on the said date by 4:30 pm, by calling Kelly Rowlinson from Child Care Algoma at 705-248-2043.  The cost is $20 per food box.

This is open to everyone.  There’s a great selection of fruit and vegetables of the season.  This program was initiated by the North Channel Healthy Communities Challenge and was responsible for the cost of the subsidy.

Pick up will be the following week at Child Care Algoma.  Payment is due when ordering. You will get a phone call once the boxes have arrived for pick up.
