Off-Road Vehicle Safety Pamphlet as of July 1, 2015
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to let the public know that they will be cruising the neighbourhoods looking for vulnerable (unlocked cars with valuables inside)vehicles. When the OPP found vehicles that were vulnerable, they were placing this pamphlet under the vehicles wiper as a friendly reminder to the public.
So in short, if you received this pamphlet, your vehicle was vulnerable.
