IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Due to a confirmed oil spill into the St. Mary’s River on June 9, 2022 Ontario Clean Water Agency has temporarily shut-down our water intake to avoid any contamination to our municipal water supply.
We are asking that all residents connected to municipal services please conserve their water usage during this time, until further information has been received.
Please also see the following information provided by Algoma Public Health regarding any other water in-take and recreational activities along and east of the St. Mary’s River.
