Sylvan Valley Hall & Echo Bay Hall

The Sylvan Valley Hall is located at 9288 Hwy 638.  The Sylvan Valley Hall is available for rentals and can hold a maximum of 80 people.  It is an Algoma Public Health inspected kitchen.  This space can used for baby showers, an extended living room, family gatherings.  The list is endless with this space. 

The Echo Bay Hall is located at 257 Church Street and can seat 150 people.  It is an Algoma Public Health inspected kitchen.  This hall is great for banquets, small weddings, meetings, training spaces, family gatherings and many other uses.

Rental fees are as follows:

All Liquor Licensed Events will need proof of the Special Occasions permit and proof of Liability Insurance for the said event.

Hall & Kitchen: $ 100 

Hall only (includes coffee/tea): $ 60 

Community Recreational Clubs/Groups/Classes:  $ 35 

Community Recreational Clubs/Groups/Classes Meetings:  $ No Charge

As of 2024, deposit/bond fees are no longer required.  The renter will be responsible for all damages as stated in the contract agreement.
